At KYVOS INCORPORATION L.P.<\/strong>, every order is unique and produced following your confirmation. Production begins immediately after approval of the artwork\/quotation and payment of the deposit or the full order amount, using one of the payment methods below. <\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Payment Methods<\/b><\/p>

We accept the following payment methods:<\/span><\/p>

  • Bank deposit \/ bank transfer: Our bank account details (IBAN) are sent to you together with your quotation\/order. Production begins once the deposit has been confirmed. <\/span><\/li>
  • Cash on collection: Available only when collecting your order from our premises. Applies to orders under 500\u20ac <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Once payment has been confirmed (deposit or payment in full), you will receive the corresponding document (receipt\/invoice).

    <\/span><\/p>

    Shipping & Delivery Methods<\/b><\/p>

    Orders are shipped within Greece, to the European Union, and to Cyprus through partner transport and courier companies, or may be collected directly from our premises.

    <\/span><\/p>

    Store Pickup:<\/b> You can collect your order directly from our premises at Ergatikis Protomagias 12, Larissa, at no additional charge. You will be notified by email or phone as soon as your order is ready for collection.<\/span><\/p>

    Shipments within Greece<\/strong><\/p>

    Shipments are made via Geniki Taxydromiki, Argo Transport Company, and ELTA Courier, depending on the area and shipping method. For large-volume or heavy orders (e.g. large quantities, heavy materials, stands), shipments are made via a freight transport company (agency). Delivery is made to the curbside, and the cost is determined upon consultation and included in your quotation. <\/span><\/p>

    The estimated delivery times are as follows:<\/span><\/p>

    • Mainland Greece: 3\u20134 business days for delivery.<\/span><\/li>
    • Greek Islands: 4\u20135 business days for delivery.<\/span><\/span>

      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Shipments to the European Union<\/strong><\/p>

      Shipments to European Union countries are carried out via DHL.<\/span><\/p>

      • Standard shipping: 8\u201310 business days for delivery.<\/span><\/li>
      • Express shipping: 3\u20134 business days for delivery (additional charge).<\/span><\/span>

        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Shipments to Cyprus<\/strong><\/p>

        Shipments to Cyprus are carried out via Cyprus Seaways. From the day the order is loaded onto the ship, the estimated delivery time is approximately one week.

        <\/span><\/p>

        Shipments to non-EU countries.<\/strong><\/p>

        Shipments to countries outside the European Union are carried out at the customer\u2019s responsibility. The customer arranges, at their own request, for a transport company of their choice to collect the order from us.

        Important Information<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

        Please note that the delivery times mentioned above are indicative and are calculated in business days. During periods of increased demand, such as holidays, sales, periods of high workload, or due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping and delivery times may be subject to change or may be extended. The production completion time (before shipping) depends on the type of work and is clearly stated in the quotation you receive. Our company is not responsible for any delays caused solely by shipping companies or by force majeure. <\/span><\/p>

        Returns & Cancellations Policy<\/b><\/p>

        Due to the nature of our products and services, which are manufactured, printed, and customized (custom-made) exclusively according to your specifications, files, and instructions, the following special terms apply.<\/span><\/p>

        Exception to the Right of Withdrawal<\/span><\/p>

        Under Article 3\u03b9\u03b2 of Law 2251\/1994 (as amended, incorporating Directive 2011\/83\/EU), the right of withdrawal without cause within fourteen (14) days <\/span>does not apply<\/b> to \u201cgoods made to the consumer\u2019s specifications or clearly personalized.\u201d Since all our products are made specifically to order, based on your own design\/artwork, this exception applies to all our orders. Therefore, product returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.<\/span><\/p>

        <\/p>

        Returns Due to Defects or Printing Errors<\/strong><\/p>

        Returns are accepted only in the following cases:<\/span><\/p>

        • The product has a proven manufacturing defect in the material.<\/span><\/li>
        • There is a clear and proven printing error in relation to the final artwork (mockup) that you approved in writing before production.<\/span><\/span>

          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Returns & Compensation Procedure<\/strong><\/p>

          In the event of a defect, you must notify us within <\/span>seventy-two (72) hours<\/b> of receipt by sending photographs of the defective product to the email: sales@kyvosinc.gr<\/span><\/p>

          If the error is found to be ours, we will fully reprint and replace the order at our expense, or issue a refund, subject to mutual agreement.<\/span><\/p>

          (The above 72-hour deadline applies only to defect\/printing-error issues. It does not limit the statutory 2-year conformity guarantee applicable under the Civil Code and Law 2251\/1994.)<\/span><\/i><\/p>

          <\/p>

          Order Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>

          Order cancellation and return of your deposit are possible only if the prepress process (file checking, film creation\/DTF film printing) or the production\/material cutting process has not begun.
