Shipping & Delivery Methods

Orders are shipped within Greece, the European Union, and Cyprus via partner transport and courier companies, or can be collected directly from our headquarters.

Store Pickup: You can collect your order directly from our headquarters at 12 Ergatikis Protomagias Street, Larissa, at no additional cost. You will be notified by email or phone as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Shipments within Greece

Shipments are made via Geniki Taxydromiki, Argo Transport Company, and ELTA Courier, depending on the area and shipping method. For large-volume or heavy orders (e.g. large quantities, heavy materials, stands), shipments are made via a freight transport company (agency). Delivery is made to the curbside, and the cost is determined upon consultation and included in your quotation.

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Mainland Greece: 3–4 business days for delivery.
• Greek Islands: 4–5 business days for delivery.

Shipments to the European Union

Shipments to European Union countries are carried out via DHL.

• Standard shipping: 8–10 business days for delivery.
• Express shipping: 3–4 business days for delivery (additional charge).

Shipments to Cyprus

Shipments to Cyprus are carried out via Cyprus Seaways. From the day the order is loaded onto the ship, the estimated delivery time is approximately one week.

Shipments to non-EU countries.

Shipments to countries outside the European Union are carried out at the customer’s responsibility. The customer arranges, at their own request, for a transport company of their choice to collect the order from us.

Please note that the delivery times mentioned above are indicative and are calculated in business days. During periods of increased demand, such as holidays, sales, periods of high workload, or due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping and delivery times may be subject to change or may be extended. The production completion time (before shipping) depends on the type of work and is clearly stated in the quotation you receive. Our company is not responsible for any delays caused solely by shipping companies or by force majeure.
