Terms & Conditions

  1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products made to you (the “Customer”) in the countries listed on the website’s checkout page (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions or any general or specific terms and conditions of the Customer. Any product order placed on the Website is subject to the Customer’s prior notification of and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Order Process

The ordering process on the Website consists of the following steps:

  • The Customer adds the selected products to the quote cart
  • The Customer enters their personal details, including their name and email address (see Privacy Policy)
  • The Customer is required to accept the Terms and Conditions
  • Before the Customer submits the quote request, they are given the opportunity to review their details and selections
  • The Customer receives a personalized quote for their request via email, which they may accept or decline

After submitting the order, our system will send the Customer an email confirming receipt of the quote request

  1. Order Acceptance

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all offers or proposals are non-binding and do not create any obligation on our part. The sales contract is concluded only after we confirm the order by email

  1. Prices

The price of the products ordered by the Customer through the Website is the price sent to them by email, taking into account the alterations, design, and product selected, as stated in the confirmation email sent to the Customer

For customers within the European Union: All prices are in Euros, including VAT (customers within the European Union are not required to pay any additional VAT) and excluding shipping costs

For customers outside the European Union: All prices are in Euros, excluding VAT (sales to third countries are legally exempt from VAT as exports) and excluding shipping costs. Customers should be aware that they may be required to pay additional charges upon receipt of the parcel, such as customs duties, local taxes, or other official charges payable upon importation into their country. We are not responsible for any of the aforementioned additional charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout after the shipping details have been entered. All other applicable taxes, duties, levies, or charges arising between the time the product is ordered and the time of delivery are the responsibility of the Customer

  1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them, acquires physical possession of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform us of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. via our contact form or email) before the expiry of the above deadline. In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the Customer all payments received, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay.

Detailed information about the return process, return costs, and any exclusions (e.g. made-to-order/customized products) can be found in the returns policy, via the link in the website footer

  1. Pricing and Payment

Once the order has been confirmed, the relevant document (receipt/invoice) will be sent to the Customer

The accepted payment methods are listed on the Website. Payments must be made in euros and only using the accepted payment methods. The time at which the Customer is charged depends on the selected payment method, as described in detail for each method in the relevant section of the Website

  1. Website and Transaction Security

To ensure secure communication between visitors and our website, including usernames, passwords, your name, your address, etc., we use an SSL certificate

Payments are not made through the Website, but through the payment methods listed in the relevant section

  1. Delivery, Title and Risk

Deliveries are carried out through partner freight transport companies, as specified in the relevant section of the Website

You can find more details about delivery by clicking the link in the footer

The risk of loss, theft, and total or partial destruction of the products passes to the Customer upon delivery of the product. Ownership of the products remains with us until the goods are delivered

  1. Age Requirements

By placing an order for products on the Website, the Customer declares that they are an adult aged 18 or over, or that they have obtained the express consent of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) if they have not yet reached the age of 18

  1. Responsibility and Complaints

We are not liable for any indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of time, damage to reputation, loss of revenue, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity

Any comments regarding visible damage during transport, an incorrect or incomplete product must be reported to us via our contact form within seven (7) business days of delivery, so that we can promptly investigate the matter with the transport company. If the complaint is deemed justified, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the delivered products

The above time limit does not restrict the Customer’s right to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity (see Section 12), which applies for two (2) years from delivery, nor the right of withdrawal

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable in the event of Force Majeure, meaning any circumstances in which it is exceptionally difficult for us to comply with our obligations under the sales contract, including but not limited to: disaster, fire, flood, earthquake, natural phenomena, actual or threatened terrorist attacks, acts of war, sabotage, explosions, riots, uprisings and strikes, labor disputes, government actions, accidents or damage to facilities or machinery, errors in third-party software, shortages of materials, the inability of a utility provider (electricity, natural gas, network, or telecommunications) to provide services, and any acts or omissions of third parties beyond our reasonable control

  1. After-Sales Support and Warranty

For any after-sales support or inquiries, the Customer may contact customer service via our contact form. The products are covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery, as provided for by the Civil Code and Law 2251/1994, regardless of any additional commercial warranty
