Tanpopo is a Japanese restaurant specializing in ramen.
Its name comes from the Japanese word for dandelion (Taraxacum). It is also the title of the iconic 1985 Japanese cult film, which tells the story of a young mother who learns from a truck driver the secrets to making the perfect ramen.
